Terms of use
Last updated October 27, 2026
These terms cover your use of this Shepherd service (the website, API, command-line tool, MCP endpoint, Mac app and sandboxes). Operator review needed: the legal entity offering the service and the governing law are still to be confirmed and will be added here.
Using the service
- Connect only accounts and data you are allowed to access and to copy into this service.
- Keep your sign-in and any device keys to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account and for the agents you give access.
- Do not use the service to break the law, to attack or overload it, or to access other people's data.
Your data
Your content stays yours. The service stores and processes it only to provide the features you use, as described in the privacy page. Sources are read-only: Shepherd does not write back to your providers.
Availability
- The service is provided as is, without guaranteed availability. Features, limits and integrations may change.
- Some integrations depend on provider approvals and may be limited to invited test users until approved.
- The operator may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
Ending
You can disconnect your sources at any time. To close your account and have your stored data deleted, contact the operator (see the privacy page).
